Best mortgage transaction. Brooks and Synovus Mortgage met all our expectations. We closed on time and his estimate of closing cost was right on the money. I was so pleased that I actually took the time to sign in and write a review.

Brooks was wonderful to work with. We had started out at another company and we were not getting good service. Our Realtor suggested that we call Brooks and we are very glad we did.
